CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY*

The Feminine Return® is a seven-week journey designed as one complete process. Your enrolment reserves one of a limited number of places for the full journey, rather than a series of individual drop-in sessions.

Payments
Your place is confirmed once payment is received. If you choose the two-payment option, both instalments form part of your commitment to the complete seven-week journey, and any outstanding payment remains payable once the journey has begun.

Cancellations & refunds
All payments are non-refundable once the journey has begun. Fees cannot be refunded or credited due to a change of mind, personal circumstances, or a decision not to continue, provided the programme continues as described.

Missed sessions
Your place is held for you for all seven weeks. If you are unable to attend a session for any reason, that session is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be carried forward, deducted from the programme fee or exchanged for an individual session.

Any opportunity to attend an alternative session or make up a missed session may be offered solely at the facilitator’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

If you are unable to attend, please provide as much notice as possible. Where possible, 24 hours’ notice is appreciated, as the practices, timing and group experience are prepared around the women participating in each session.

If a session is cancelled by the facilitator
If I need to cancel or significantly alter a session, an alternative date or appropriate alternative will be offered. If the programme cannot be delivered as agreed, a refund will be provided for the part of the programme that cannot be delivered.

If your chosen group cannot proceed due to insufficient enrolment, you will be offered the option to join the alternative group or receive a full refund.
